Surabaya Bromo Ijen Baluran Sukamade Bali

5 Days 4 Nights

 

Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Surabaya-Bromo Area 

Upon arrival in Surabaya, then drive to Mount Bromo. Check in hotel.

 

Day 2: Bromo Sunrise- Banyuwangi (Breakfast)

Pick up at 03.30 by 4WD vehicle and enjoy the bumping offroad trip to Mt Penanjakan. Walk about 10 minutes from Jeep Parking Area to Mt Penanjakan view point where you can see the famous gamnificent Bromo sunrise. Afterwards return to jeep and then drive to sea of sand and then soft trek about 30 minutes to the peak of Mt Bromo. From up the Brmo Crater Rip you can see the active Bromo Crater, Hindu Temple , Caldera and mountainous view in the vicinity, including Mt Semeru, the highest peak in Java. Return to Jeep and drive to local restaurant to have breakfast. Afterwards drive to Banyuwangi. Check in.

 

Day 3: Ijen Blue Fire –Baluran National Park (Breakfast)

Pick up at 01.00 and driving about 1 hour to Paltuding. Fron Paltuding then trek about 3.5 km or 1 hour to Ijen Crater and watch Ijen Blue Fire Phenmenon. Afterwards expecting sunrise and enjoy Ijen Crater and take picture. About 06.00 descend to Paltuding and drive to Baluran National Park. Visit Savannah and Bama Beach. Return to hotel.

 

Day 4: Green Bay-Sukamade  (Breakfast, Lunch, Simple Dinner)

Morning, check out and drive to Meru Betiri National Park. First you will visit  Rajegwesi beach and take boat to Green Bay. Afterwards proceed to drive further to Sukamade Beach. The ride will be bumpy but on the way you will enjoy various scenery of villages, cocoa and rubber plantation, river, and beaches. You can stop by at Rajegwesi beach for rest. Arrival in Sukamade, check in at Sukamade Guest House. About 08.00, after dinner, walk to Sukamade beach to await for turtle ashore and lays eggs (not guaranteed).

 

Day 5: Sukamade-Bali  (Simple Breakfast) 

Morning release baby turtle to ocean and then drive to Ketapang. Cross Bali Srait and drop you to your hotel in Bali.
