Bromo Midnight and Madakaripura Waterfall Tour

This tour is suitable if you do not want to stay in Bromo Area due to its cold weather or you just do not want to see Bromo Sunrise. This tour can start from Surabaya, Malang or Probolinggo.

 

Itinerary:
Depart at 12.00 midnight from Surabaya, and then directly towards Cemara Lawang. By Jeep, depart to see Sunrise and amazing scenery of sea of sand, Gunung Bromo with its smoldering smoke and Gunung Semeru that every hour expels its load creating smoke that soars on top of the peak. Then proceed to the sea of sand by Jeep and soft trek through sea of sand and climb Mt Bromo slope by its stairs to the crater rim. From the crater rim you can see the steep slope of the crater plus the rumbling Bromo crater where the Tenggerese throw offering on Kasada Ritual that is held annually. After enjoying the scenery and then descend and return to jeep and breakfast at local restaurant. Afterwards visit Madakaripura Fall, 200 meters waterfall located not far from Mt Bromo. To get to the waterfall, you need to trek round 1 KM through clear rocky creek. Return to Surabaya. Arrive in Surabaya at 3.30 PM.Drop you to hotel or airport. Farewell.
